Just to say this, we’ve stayed a lot of places, we realize that after the pandemic that there is a lot of different. Well there are people that are trying to prop it off those for what they think is a good value. This is a good value, but we did stay in one place and we county where when we pulled back the sheet there was a silhouette of a dead body on the mattress.

The value that I found in this hotel was unexpected. The room was clean, fairly updated and large enough for two people. It was clean and the bathroom was fairly modern. I was pleased that it had a microfridge, microwave and coffee maker. For the price, you just can't beat it. I just completed a 6000 mile road trip with multiple hotel stops. This was one of our top stays. Also, the breakfast was #1 of all the hotels. (No other hotel beats it). The staff were very friendly, talkative and helpful. For dinner, we walked down to the Basque Restaurant. Wow! Get ready to eat!

This hotel was a good value overall. The included breakfast at the attached restaurant was very good and so was the service. The restaurant has a full menu and you get a credit towards breakfast which fully covers several good choices or gives you a discount. The rooms are nice overall, they are at least a good value for the price.

I do not gamble and while the property is connected to a casino, in no way does that compromise the quiet, comfort of the rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean and classically decorated. The breakfast was very good and adequate. The broken elevator was never for guests, it is the service elevator. Excellent choice in Elko.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the in house breakfast cafe is absolutely the best. I like the downtown location which is nice to explore, it has history, it was great to not be in a giant casino parking lot as soon as you step outside.

The staff, the breakfast, the room. EVERYTHING was exceptional!!!!! Dottie was So nice! and so were the girls there the first night when I checked in. The breakfast was spectacular and the waitress and restaraunt staff were so nice to me!!!!!!

suit room had great coffee maker with 4 pods 2 bottles of water jetted tub was amazing the only thing is they need to tell you how to connect blue tooth to the tub like it offers as well as the radio but other than that amazing. other room was great as well

The room was exceptional. We had the King with spa tub. Very roomy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

The free breakfast is a voucher for a choice of 4 diner-style options, which were served very quickly. The eggs and meat came with choice of potato and toast, and was pretty good. Bed was comfortable, and though we didn’t use it, the balcony overlooking the pool area was a nice extra space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and well apportionment, including a king-sized bed, breakfast table and coffee, and an extra large TV. The staff was friendly and helpful and I made friends with the bartender. The people are friendly in Elko and I would recommend a layover if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle for a day or two.
